Holding a Ph.D. in the Technical Organization of Value Added Tax and a Master’s in Real Estate Taxation from Alexandria University Faculty of Law, Dr. Hatem has led major tax operations within the Egyptian Tax Authority, serving as General Manager of Tax Evasion Combat and Head of Alexandria Tax Zone.He is specialized in tax judicial disputes encompassing Value Added Tax (VAT), Corporate Tax, Income Tax, Industrial and Commercial Profits Tax, and various other tax categories.
